HARVESTING
Night-time mechanized harvesting.

VINIFICATION
After destemming, the grapes are transferred to stain- less steel tanks for fermentation at controlled tempera- tures between 24 and 28ºC. During this process several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI tank”, which allows us to break up the head and to homogenize its temperature.

AGEING PROCESS
Aged in 225 litre French and American oak barrels for at least 4 months.

WINE TASTING
Crystalline, bright cherry-colour. Aromas suggesting ripe fruit, with wild and spicy notes. Fruity and spicy on the palate.Persistence medium and subtle tannins. Very easy to drink.
