HARVESTING
Night-time mechanized harvesting during the first week of Octobre, selecting those plots of the vineyard which offer optimum conditions for this wine.

VINIFICATION
OAfter destemming, the grapes are transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation at controlled temperatures bet- ween 24 and 28ºC. During this process, several pumpovers are carried out by means of an innovative system, known as “OBI tank”, which allows us to break up the head and homogenize its temperature.

AGEING PROCESS
Ageing in 225 litre French oak barrels for 15 months, followed by ageing in the bottle.

WINE TASTING
Bright and highly intense cherry-colour with tints of violet on the edge. Intense aromas suggesting black fruits and ripe red fruits, with the toasty and spicy flavours of barrel ageing perfectly assembled. Very complex in the aromatic phase. Full bodied and rounded palate where it displays its fruity, toasty and spicy notes. Smooth and velvety finish. Extraordi- nary quality of its tannins.
